Deposits: 1 Night Deposit on Booking. Accept all major Credit Cards, Cash on Arrival,
Cancelation: $25.00 Cancellation fee 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Under 2-week cancellation the deposit is forfeit.
Children; Children must be accompanied by parents when exploring the property.
Smoking: No Smoking in Cabins. Smoking is allowed on private decks.
Pets: Charge $10.00 per night per dog - 2 dogs maximum - Small dogs (40lbs and under) allowed.
Minimum Nights: 2 Night Minimum Thursday thru Saturday.
Occupancy: All Cabin rates are for 2 people additional guests are $10.00 per person per night.
Damages: Charges will be assesed equal to repair / replacement value for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
